Our client is a top area manufacturer! They are growing and need to add a Six Sigma Green Belt to their team. They offer great benefits, a friendly work atmosphere and opportunity for growth.
As a Six Sigma Green Belt, you will be responsible for:
Implementing continuous improvements throughout the plant
Using Lean and process improvements to drive programs that improve safety, quality and overall performance
Tracking and monitoring various plant data
Leading Kaizen and value stream mapping events
Implementing best practices
To be considered for the Six Sigma Green Belt position you must have:
A Six Sigma Green Belt certification
A degree in engineering is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered
Two to five years of continuous improvement experience
Excellent communication skills; ability to get along well with others
Relocation assistance will be provided
