Our client is top-notch, stable manufacturing corporation that prides themselves on their quality products that are in high demand. They offer excellent benefits, bonus and paid time off! They are looking to add an HR Generalist to their team.
As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for:
Implementing HR policies
Working with multiple department heads
Recruiting and hiring employees
Employee relations
Training and onboarding
Maintaining/updating position descriptions
Benefits administration
Employee discipline and terminations
Managing projects
To be considered for the HR Generalist position you must have:
A degree is preferred, but not required, along with at least 3 years of previous human resources experience in a manufacturing facility (at least 500 people ideally)
Experience with payroll, recruiting, benefits, etc
Previous leadership experience
Excellent communication skills
Works well with all levels of people within a plant environment
