Duties of the Maintenance Engineer includes:
- Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions
- Monitoring equipment reliability and improving through preventative maintenance procedures
- Partnering with other engineers to improve processes through maintenance
Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer include:
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s engineering degree
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery
- Willingness to get hands dirty
