To maintain this pace, they are actively searching for an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager with manufacturing experience.

Duties of the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager include:
- Utilize your knowledge of EHS standards and regulations to develop systems that reflect management’s commitment to maintaining world-class safety and environmental standards
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with all local, state, and federal laws while implementing new systems as regulations evolve.
- Develop and implement training programs to reduce safety-related incidents
- Ensure audits are completed in adherence with regulation and safety and environmental certifications are maintained
- Conduct investigations into work-related injuries and prepare appropriate reports
- Evaluate and monitor environmental concerns such as hazardous waste, air permitting, and wastewater removal
Requirements of the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager include:
- BS in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering or similar technical field preferred
- Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other safety and environmental regulations
- Experience with behavioral-based safety, accident investigations, operator training, and worker's compensation
