As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and instilling HR policies and procedures
- Managing and improving the hiring and recruiting of salary and production personnel
- Promoting a positive work environment for personnel and improving employee relations
- Working with supervisors and management to develop methods that improve employee morale, retention, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with human resources policies
- Developing and improving employee onboarding, orientation, and training
- Assist with performance reviews of production employees
Requirements for the Human Resources Manager position include:
- A four-year degree; HR training and certifications
- Accomplishments as and HR Manager in a manufacturing facility
- Experience recruiting salary and production personnel
- Ability to implement HR policies and structure
- Strategic approach to human resources and good vision for the future
- Excellent leadership skills and positive outlook
